Terms & Conditions – PopWin APK Platform Rules

Before You Start

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and PopWin APK. By accessing the platform, downloading the app, registering an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms below.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use PopWin APK. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Major changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or announcements on the platform.

1 Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and use a PopWin APK account, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had a PopWin APK account that was suspended or terminated for rule violations.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth, or contact details, is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance. One account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed.

2 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PopWin APK login credentials — your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number or email address.

You must not share your account with any other person, allow others to access your account, or use another player's account for any reason. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately through the contact information available on the platform.

PopWin APK will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. However, if the breach is clearly attributable to a failure on our side, we will investigate and act accordingly.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and PHP Transactions

All transactions on PopWin APK are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). There is no currency conversion on this platform. Your balance at all times reflects Philippine Peso.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include:

• Maya

Credit cards, debit cards, and cryptocurrency are not accepted payment methods on PopWin APK. Attempts to deposit using unsupported methods will be rejected.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. Processing times vary by method and are indicated in the account cashout section.

4 Gaming Rules and Bet Settlement

PopWin APK offers several game categories including video slots, fish games, live casino, and sports betting. Each category has specific rules that apply to how bets are placed, how outcomes are determined, and how winnings are calculated.

General rules that apply across all game categories:

• Once a bet is confirmed and placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for casino and slot games, and by actual event results for sports betting markets.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance immediately upon settlement of the relevant game round or sports event.
• In the event of a technical error during a game round, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned. This determination is made solely by PopWin APK.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of affected winnings.

For sports betting specifically, markets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body or sports organisation. Disputes over results are resolved using official published records. Live in-play bets placed after an outcome has already been determined (due to data feed delays) may be voided at PopWin APK's discretion.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

From time to time, PopWin APK may offer bonuses or promotional benefits to registered players. Any such offers will be communicated through official platform channels — in-app notifications or the platform website.

The following general rules apply to all promotional offers unless stated otherwise in the specific offer's terms:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and potential account suspension.
• Wagering requirements, expiry periods, game restrictions, and minimum odds conditions (where applicable) will be specified within each individual offer. PopWin APK will not fabricate or retroactively impose terms not communicated at the time of the offer.
• PopWin APK reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on PopWin APK. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of any balance:

• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or another identity.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in ways not supported by normal gameplay.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal gaming entertainment.
• Attempting to access or tamper with the platform's systems, software, or databases.
• Any behaviour intended to defraud PopWin APK or other players.

PopWin APK reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of an investigation. If funds are determined to have been obtained through prohibited conduct, they will be forfeited.

7 Responsible Gaming

PopWin APK takes player welfare seriously. Gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy. We do not guarantee wins, and we will never represent online gaming as a reliable source of income.

Players are encouraged to:

• Set a fixed PHP session budget before playing and stick to it.

9 Account Closure and Termination

You may request to close your PopWin APK account at any time by contacting support. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be settled and any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided your account is in good standing and KYC is complete.

PopWin APK reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate an account at any time if:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions is detected or reasonably suspected.
• The account is found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age.
• The account is involved in any form of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• A self-exclusion request has been received and processed.

In cases of termination due to rule violations, any balance in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

10 Changes to These Terms

PopWin APK may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes to the platform, applicable laws, or operational requirements. The date of the most recent revision is noted at the top of this page.

Continued use of PopWin APK after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
